Alle Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume sind Nichtraucherbereiche.
Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit: Betten inkl. Bettwäscheset, Nachttisch/en, Nachttischlamp/en, Stühle, Tisch, Komode, Kleiderschrank und moderne Flachbild - TV’s. W-lan ist über ein benachbartes Wlan Netz möglich.
Ihr Zimmer können Sie ab 1 Wochen Mietdauer anmieten. Kürzere Zeiträume nach Absprache möglich.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen Ihnen
- ein Esszimmer (ca. 13,5 qm)
- eine gut eingerichtete Küche (ca. 6,5 qm) mit Balkon (ca. 7,8 qm) und
- ein Tageslichtbadezimmer (ca. 5 qm) mit Badewanne/Dusche und WC
Leben auf Zeit - wir machen es möglich.

I lived in this flat for about two months, it’s nice and comfortable, very convenient to shopping and take public transportation. Everything is just perfect. My roommates are all nice guys. The most important is how kind the landlord Otto is, really nice guy and always with a smile on face. He even helped me fixed my bike. If you plan to rent a room, this is a super choice.

I stayed at the place for about 3 months and it was a very pleasant experience, I never had any problem staying there.
The place itself was very clean and well managed.
The bus stop is very close to the place and also the Graben Neudorf main station is about 15 min walk from the place.
Mr. Otto is a very a very nice person himself and he is always there to help you with anything. I would like to thank Otto for his hospitality and help during my initial days there.

A very good room with enough space and amenities.
We can use of the whole home with good size kitchen and bus stop is just 30 seconds away and Railway station @ 1 kilometer plus restaurants and super markets in walking distance (1 Km).
We can reach to Otto @ anytime for our doubts and things which are not readily available in Internet about Graben Neudorf.
All together it was nice pleasant stay for me over a period of one month @ this place.

la verdad esque el anfritrion me trato con mucho respesto estoy muy contento!el pueblo muy tranquilo y el apartamento esta justo en medio.eso si ,se necissita auto ja que el super mas cercano esta un poco (Website hidden by Airbnb) ducha perfecta y todo en su lugar no necesitas nada para cocinar!
